Possible Iberian Chiffchaff singing in woods between Hotel Development site and back of student accomodation. Area is to the right of the Observatory, it was still part-singing this evening and along with the description it looks like a interesting bird, well worth a look for tomorrow morning Grid Ref SJ822450 (STu)
Park on large pay and display car park to the right of the Darwin building (opposite student union) as you look at it, park in the top right corner, on the right a tarmac path runs up through the wood to the Space Observatory, just before the Ob is a grass path on the right walk down to where the path splits and it was singing in this area.
