A Osprey seen at Blithfield Resv on 22nd April 2021 was one of two chicks ringed at the Manton Bay nest at Rutland Water on 21st June 2017. The first sighting of this bird back in the UK after its first migration was actually at Blithfield Resv on 28th August 2019. It was then seen back at Rutland Water for the first time last year on the 14th June 2020. The bird has a blue ring on its right leg with a white inscription 2AM.
