Middleton Lakes RSPB
2x Black-winged Stilt from the viewing screen at 10:25, also 2x Avocet (per TVB)
also a female Marsh Harrier flew over North (@MartynYapp)

This is the first record of Black-winged Stilt in Staffordshire for 20 years and the 5th record in total.
1968 - Belvide Resv An adult 11th to 16th June.

1987 - Belvide Resv Two juveniles from 1st to 7th September (probably those raised at Holme, Norfolk)
1991 - Croxall Lakes A male seen on 28th April, from 2nd to 5th May, again on 9th and 10th and at least to 13th.
1995 - Blithfield Resv - Two adults on 11th May.
2015 - Middleton Lakes RSPB - Two on 18th April.
